AMHA World Team Tournament To Benefit Amateur Committee

Each Team will consist of 5 different exhibitors and in 4 different divisions.  Only one person may compete in a division per team. The team must have at least one Youth Exhibitor, 3 Amateur Exhibitors and 1 Open Exhibitor.

The cost per team is $100 ($20 per exhibitor). The winning team will receive 50% payback from the team entries and an award. All funds raised go to the Amateur Committee. 

A form must be filled out for each team and turned into the show office with the appropriate funds before the team’s youth exhibitor goes into their assigned class. All classes entered must be rated classes (non-rated and futurity classes are not eligible for the team tournament)

Divisions:
Youth:    Any Youth Class, can be halter or Performance

Amateur:  Must be a combination of 3 AOTE or Amateur Halter and
Performance Classes
 

Open: 1- Open Halter or Performance Class

Points will be tabulated as follows:
10 or more horses in a class

 

1st – 10 points
2nd – 9 points
3rd – 8 points
4th – 7 points
5th – 6 points
6th – 5 points
7th – 4 points
8th – 3 points
9th - 2 points
10th – 1 point

 

For classes with less than ten entries, 1st place points will equal the number of horses exhibited in that class, etc.

The team will turn in their placings to the show office by the end of the show, the Amateur committee will verify the placings and tabulations.  The winning team will be recognized and receive their award and payback at the Annual meeting.
